To undertake public education, patient support services, dissemination and publication of information about maintaining a healthy lifestyle
To advance medical care and social services for indigents suffering from diverse health conditions
To promote and provide funds for research into the cause, control and cure of diverse health issues, social factors in health risk and access to health services
To create awareness and enlighten the public on behavioral modification for the prevention of major and minor diseases
To establish contact and affiliate with other groups, persons, organizations and associations with similar interests within and outside the country

Reverend Father Bernard Azeez is a priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of Ibadan with over eleven years of experience in pastoral care, human development and missionary outreach.
Secretary
Oladayo Akinlemibola holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo and a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas law from the University of Aberdeen, UK.
Chairman
Along with Co-chair John Smith, Norah Jones shapes and approves foundation strategies, advocates for the foundation’s issues, and helps set the organization’s overall direction.
