Dayo Akinlemibola

Secretary

Oladayo Akinlemibola holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo and a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas law from the University of Aberdeen,UK.

Oladayo is the Principal Partner at Akinlemibola & Idris Associates, a Law firm which specializes in Compliance, Company Secretarial and Corporate Practice. The firm currently acts as company secretaries and legal advisers to various companies in different sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Oladayo is a consummate business advisor and negotiator with extensive experience in rendering legal services to organisations: having worked as both in-house and external counsel to various companies.

He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (U.K), and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries& Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He was the immediate past assistant Financial Secretary of the ICSAN Lagos Chapter and currently serves as the publicity secretary of ICSAN Lagos Chapter.
