Aims and Objectives

Reverend Father Bernard Azeez

Chairman

Reverend Father Bernard Azeez is a priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of Ibadan with over eleven years of experience in pastoral care, human development and missionary outreach.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Benin in Edo State Nigeria and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Urbania University in Rome, Italy.

He plays a vital role in the International Camping Fellowship as a member and facilitator and sits on the board of a few Catholic Church owned charity organizations in the Ibadan Archdiocese.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Reverend Father Azeez holds a Diploma in Agribusiness/Mechanized Cassava Production from the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Nigeria (FIIRO) and a Postgraduate Diploma in “Irrigated Agriculture in Times of Climate Change” from the Galilee International Management Institute in Israel.

He is a passionate farmer with a vision to create food and job security for the Nigerian youths and populace at large through regenerative and eco-friendly agriculture and organized camping.

Reverend Father Bernard is also the founder of the Visionary Youth International, a charity organisation set out to cater to the basic and educational needs of underprivileged children as well as providing mentorship programmes for the holistic development of indigent youths in a bid to assist them optimize their talents and abilities so as to enable them to contribute to the socioeconomic development of Nigeria. The organisation has so far catered to 57 youths through secondary school education, 18 youths through tertiary education and provided skill acquisition and empowerment for over 63 youths.

He is also the visioner for Gaudium Health services a centre that provides laboratory and pharmaceutical services at almost no cost to the people of Soka in the South West region of Nigeria.

Father Bernard is an ardent silent giver and believes that service to humanity through charity is the purpose for his living.
